Nutritional Plans


Duration: 6 weeks

Objective: Reduce body fat, promote cell regeneration and tone. 16 hours of fasting (most of which is asleep) are alternated by an 8-hour food window. It is indicated for people with little time to eat, who want to lose weight or make a change in their lives, who want to improve their health in all aspects and adhere to this global food trend that is causing a sensation in the world.



Duration: 10 weeks

Objective: Work on specific goals, lose weight, reduce size, sculpt your body naturally or gain lean muscle mass, etc. It is recommended for those who seek a profound transformation of their bodies and health. This plan includes a meticulous and prolonged monitoring with the necessary adjustments and follow-up over the course of 10 weeks. Plan dynamics, eating every 3 or 4 hours.


Duration: 4 weeks

Objective: Focused around a vegan diet. Learn to eat healthy and with the macronutrients and micronutrients necessary for the proper functioning of the body. Recommended for those who are entering the vegan world and want to do it in a correct and healthy way.
